Cancellations

• Cancellations made 24 hours or more before the pick-up time are free of charge for all services.
• Cancellations made within 24 hours of the pick-up time will be subject to the following fees:
  • Multi-day trips: The charge for the first day will be deducted from the total amount and the remaining amount will be refunded.
  • Single-day trips/Airport transfers: No refunds will be issued.
  • Airport transfers: No cancellation charges if cancelled at least 2 hours prior to the pick-up time.

• Refunds will be processed within 5-7 working days.
